Carolyn has worked in development for over 10 years, working with businesses, charities, and Educators. A dynamic professional that has worked in various capacities on projects, including project management, consultation, and facilitation.
Gaining experience in Business, Education and Culture through working with change agencies such as Always Possible, Diversity & Ability and BeatFreeks, and delivering learning environments for clients such as Duke Corporate Education and Harvard Publishing. Equally passionate about youth development, she has worked on programmes such as National Citizen service as a Mentor, Enterprise Facilitator and Programme Manager.
Recently she became a Trustee at Lon-Art Creative and designed and delivered a Creative Coaching Workshop for aspiring art entrepreneurs in the Lon-Art community.
A passionate Learning and Development Designer, who enjoys working in a social and behavioural change to drive meaningful change in the communities she has worked with.
